My Approach
I have specialized in humanistic and cognitive-behavioral approaches. In individual therapy, this means building a clear, personalized understanding of your situation through an active and authentic collaboration — no two people experience a difficulty the same way. Cognitive and psychodynamic concepts and strategies (unconscious, transference, etc.) may also be used where relevant to your process.

Session Format
Weekly individual sessions last fifty minutes and are conducted in complete confidentiality. During the first sessions, we will clarify your questions regarding the therapeutic process and explore all factors that may contribute to your issue. Subsequently, we will establish goals to work on together in order to move towards achieving your objectives.
Fees
The duration of an individual sexotherapeutic process varies according to the reason for consultation and your needs. Follow-ups can extend over a short period to several months depending on your involvement, the type of difficulty encountered and the targeted objectives. You will invest $160 per individual session, fifty minutes in length. Sessions are payable by Interac transfer, cash or check. A psychotherapy service receipt is issued at each meeting. I invite you to contact your insurer to check the reimbursement terms for psychotherapy/sexotherapy services.
Cancellation Policy
* Please note that any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment must be notified within 24 hours or more, otherwise a fee of $80 will be applied. Any missed session without notice of cancellation must be paid in full.
