About Arielle Boulet Giroux
Clinical Sexologist & Psychotherapist
From the age of fifteen, I knew I wanted to be a sexologist. It was with great seriousness and a sincere desire to help that I obtained my degree in clinical sexology.

My Background
A graduate of the Université du Québec à Montréal, I completed a comprehensive training program and practical internship in clinical sexology. Supervision was at the heart of this training and allowed me to develop the ability to continually broaden my understanding of each person I work with.
I continue my professional development through ongoing training and supervision by a recognized Sex Therapist Supervisor, so that my practice keeps evolving alongside the field.
My Role
My role is to welcome you in a warm and professional manner, to help you identify and understand the factors contributing to your distress. Together, we explore solutions and develop strategies so that you can experience improvement in your sexual, emotional, and relational well-being.
It can be difficult to discuss concerns as intimate as those related to sexuality. I will welcome you in a warm and confidential environment, without judgment. I believe that you possess what it takes to live a fully fulfilling life — my role is to help you access those resources.
My Approach
I have specialized in humanistic and cognitive-behavioral approaches. As every difficulty is experienced differently by each individual, my approach favors building a clear understanding that makes sense for you specifically, through an active and authentic collaboration.
